Shipping & Returns

Please enter your order number to track a shipment.  This number may be obtained from your conformation email or by calling your sales representative.  Shipment may not be traceable for up to 24 hours after shipping. This service works for UPS shipments only.

We gladly accept returns within 21 days from date of Invoice for a no hassle refund or exchange. We will not accept returns or exchanges after 21 days of Invoice date (no exceptions).

Refunds will not include shipping and will exclude a 3% restocking fee. We may choose to wave either or both of these fees under particular circumstances.

Important: All returns must be in perfect new condition. It is almost impossible to wear a watch (even for short periods) without scratching or blemishing it in some way. We can not issue a refund if the product shows any signs of wear or of being used.

Returns will not be accepted without original receipt.

This policy apples to sales made at the web site, except for Pre-Owned Rolexes

Ebay auctions are excluded from this policy. All sales completed through Ebay are final.

Pre-Owned Rolex Return Policy

All watches are sold with a 3 day inspection period for authenticity and description. Should a return of any kind be necessary, you must notify us via email or telephone within three (3) business days of receipt.

When making a return:

Please insure that the product is packed well and is secure. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. You must include all original tags and paperwork (not filled out) and any other materials that came with the product. Returns not following this criteria will not be accepted for refund.

We strongly suggest you use UPS or FedEx. If your package is lost, you cannot initiate a trace until 30 days after you shipped the package using the post office
