Whether your watch needs a new battery or an overhaul, Our watchmaker has you covered.  We service almost any brand of watch. We can also install pins, and remove or add links on your bracelet bands to make your watch fit perfectly. We also carry a large selection of watch straps and metal bands that can be put on while you wait!  Watch repair takes special care and talent, and our expert watchmaker has been helping customers for 35 years. There is no job too big or too small for us to handle.

Rolex Service

 Rolex Repair Tune - Up Service : Our current turnaround time is six weeks.
 
  • Disassemble the movement, screw by screw (there are over 125 parts)
  • Ultrasonically clean, and inspect for any signs of excessive wear
  • Lubricate all friction points with five different lubricants and reassemble the movement
  • Adjust timing to make the watch as accurate as possible
  • Replace all case gaskets 
  • Waterproof sealing and testing of water integrity to 3 atmospheres of the case (where applicable)
  • Clean and refinish case and bracelet 
  • Watch is then put on an automatic winder for a minimum of five days and adjustments are made if necessary
  • Full one year warranty on new parts and labor
  • Genuine Parts are used in the repair of the watch movement when available
What to Expect... When we receive your watch, we will take pictures, log the model and serial number and all other details pertaining to your watch. Your Rolex will be protected in one of our commercial safes. There is a $100 non-refundable charge for an estimate, which is applied to the repair total if you choose to proceed with the repairs. Within approximately one week, we will assess your watch, and prepare an estimate of recommended repairs. The estimate may take longer if testing is required to diagnose the issue .  Next we will email/text or call you with the estimate.  After the repairs are approved, we will begin working on your watch.  Next, your watch is placed on a winder to test how well it is running, automatic winding, and keeping time.  During this time on the winder, adjustments will be made to your watch until it keeps accurate time . Some watches, especially older ones, take longer during the testing and adjustment phase. The final stage of the process is polishing, refinishing, replacing gaskets, and pressure testing for water resistance . Once your Rolex is ready, we will contact you via text, email, or phone. This entire process takes approximately six to eight weeks. A typical repair will cost $900 which includes servicing the movement, replacing the mainspring, and return shipping and/or tax.
