What to Expect...
When we receive your watch, we will take pictures, log the model and serial number and all other details pertaining to your watch. Your Rolex will be protected in one of our commercial safes. There is a $100 non-refundable charge for an estimate, which is applied to the repair total if you choose to proceed with the repairs. Within approximately one week, we will assess your watch, and prepare an estimate of recommended repairs. The estimate may take longer if testing is required to diagnose the issue . Next we will email/text or call you with the estimate. After the repairs are approved, we will begin working on your watch. Next, your watch is placed on a winder to test how well it is running, automatic winding, and keeping time. During this time on the winder, adjustments will be made to your watch until it keeps accurate time . Some watches, especially older ones, take longer during the testing and adjustment phase. The final stage of the process is polishing, refinishing, replacing gaskets, and pressure testing for water resistance . Once your Rolex is ready, we will contact you via text, email, or phone. This entire process takes approximately six to eight weeks. A typical repair will cost $900 which includes servicing the movement, replacing the mainspring, and return shipping and/or tax.
