At Minor Jewelry we pride ourselves on offering the very best in product and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied we are pleased to offer the following policies for refunds and exchanges.
New and Estate Jewelry:
We accept returns on all new items within 14 days of in person and online sales. To receive a full refund, items must be in original condition when sold without modification or work performed by an outside company/individual.
Online returns must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase. Returns will be processed after the item has been received and inspected in our store. Ring resizing at time of purchase is not considered a modification.
Special orders
We accept returns on qualifying special orders within 7 days of in person and online sales. A refund can only be offered on items ordered completely finished from an outside vendor. To receive a full refund, items must be in original condition without modification or work performed by Minor Jewelry or an outside company/individual. Special orders that require modification to an incomplete item from an outside vendor are subject to the terms and conditions of a custom order.
Ring resizing at time of purchase IS considered a modification for special orders. Online returns for qualifying special orders must be postmarked within 7 days of purchase and shipped via two day shipping. Returns will be processed after the item has been received and inspected in our store.
Pre-Owned Rolex and Estate Watches:
We accept returns on pre-owned Rolex and Estate watches within 3 days of purchase. To receive a full refund, the watch and any accompanying boxes or paperwork must be in the original condition when sold, without modification or work performed by an outside company/individual. Shipped returns for watches must be postmarked within 3 days of purchase and shipped via two day shipping. Returns will be processed after all items have been received and inspected in our store.
Custom Orders and Engraving
There is a non-refundable 25% deposit for custom orders and engraving. If you are not pleased with the final results of your custom order or engraving we will rework the design --- times at no additional labor costs. The customer will be responsible for the cost of any additional materials. A redesign must be requested or postmarked within 14 days after receiving the item and must be in the original condition when sold, without modification or work performed by an outside company/individual. After 14 days all sales on custom orders and engraving are final.
Layaway
There is a 25% restocking fee on all canceled layaway items. After final payment and pick up all items are subject to the respective return policies for new, estate, and special orders.
Limiting terms and conditions
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Once a return is processed Minor Jewelry is not responsible for how funds are disperssed to you via your bank or credit institution.
Items purchased as part of a sale or clearance event are not eligible for refund. They may be exchanged or returned for store credit if returned or postmarked within 14 days of purchase. All other terms and conditions apply.

New, Custom and Ordered Items
We guarantee all new items from manufacturer’s defects for one year. This includes links in chains (limit one repair on a single chain), in-store ring sizing, prongs, and the replacement of stones up to 2 millimeters. It does not include damage from normal or abusive wear, chemical damage, theft, or accidental loss. This warranty is not intended to replace or supplement jewelry insurance policies.
Estate Items
We guarantee all estate items from defects for one year. All estate and pre-owned items have been restored on site. Due to the nature and age of estate items, some normal wear is to be expected at the time of purchase. This warranty includes links in chains (limit one repair on a single chain), in-store ring sizing, prongs, and the replacement of stones up to 2 millimeters. It does not include damage from normal or abusive wear, chemical damage, theft, or accidental loss. This warranty is not intended to replace or supplement jewelry insurance policies.
Repairs
We guarantee all repairs from defects for one year. This warranty includes links in chains (limit one repair on a single chain), in-store ring sizing, prongs, and the replacement of stones up to 2 millimeters. It is limited to the section of the item being repaired and does not extend to other sections damaged after final pickup. Customers should be advised that declining repairs in one section of their item might affect our ability to completely repair damages in other sections. The jeweler reserves the right to refuse a partial repair if he believes the item cannot be effectively repaired without performing all recommended work. This warranty does not include damage from abusive wear, chemical damage, theft, or accidental loss. This warranty is not intended to replace or supplement jewelry insurance policies.
